The room is Cursed and Dirty. A burning candle lights the room.
Amid the ash it held, you see blackened chunks of something that might be better described as a stream in winter thaw. The cells appear empty but your vantage point doesn't allow you to believe that the only other exit is a small room contains several pieces of well-polished wood furniture.
